Miami Swim Week definitely brought the heat this year! Although the trip was brief and sweet, I had such a blast with my ladies in paradise. South Beach is always a great time, especially when you’re with your girl gang and you can feel the excitement and energy of Swim Week looming in the air.
Nantucket Island
There are so many fun recreational activities to do during the summertime in scenic and historic New England that I sometimes forget that paradise is only a ferry ride away! Myself along with a few other fabulous Boston bloggers were invited to explore the charming coastal town of Nantucket. Boy, did we luck out; the weather couldn’t be any more perfect! We had so much fun immersing ourselves with the beauty and allure of the island for the day. Not to mention, a little retail therapy never hurt nobody! We happily filled our satisfied bellies along with our shopping bags up while maneuvering our way through the quaint cobblestoned streets.

This dreary weather in Boston is certainly making me miss the Caribbean even more! Can I please put my winter wardrobe away already, Mother Nature?! Let’s take a trip down memory lane and conjure up some warm type of feels. Haha. I cannot believe my St. Croix trip was a month ago; time certainly has wings! I love the laid back lifestyle of the charming island and the effortless attire. What can I say? I’m just an island girl at heart.
Buck Island, St. Croix
Paradise is wherever your heart is…I think I left my heart in Buck Island! I wish I could’ve left my sunburn there too. Haha! Despite that, I had such an amazing time celebrating my sister’s birthday. The pristine private island was the perfect backdrop, (a blogger’s dreams come true), and the views were nothing short of spectacular! It was a nice change up from the below average spring weather we have been experiencing in Boston, hellooo, no layering required! That’s what I love about island destinations, you can pack light and live in your swimsuit. Besides, less is more, right?! ?
Staycation at The Godrey Hotel
It’s hip, it’s happening, it’s The Godfrey Hotel! I was recently invited for an overnight stay here and it did not disappoint. The mod design, sleek decor, and architecture draws you in instantly. No details missed! The super friendly and accommodating staff made the visit that much more pleasant. With its prime location in Downtown Boston, you can immerse yourself in the thick of Boston’s rich history and culture. It’s within close proximity to many tourist attractions, endless entertainment, and dining at your heart’s content. Enjoy and indulge in your stay with ease of mind!
Single in the City
NYC, it was great to be back! I love the endless energy and electric vibes. This city certainly lives up to its name! I had the pleasure of attending the premiere of “How to be Single,” in SoHo last week. Huge thank you to Pur Cosmetics and Warner Brothers. It was a surreal experience being surrounded by the beautiful stars on the Red Carpet and during the preview of the movie under one roof! I thoroughly enjoyed the premiere, and getting dolled up was just as fun at the gorgeous Nomo Soho!
Straight to The Poynt
Recently I had the pleasure of exploring Newburyport, a small yet captivating coastal town north of Boston. The national attractions, local businesses, and restaurants all add to the charming allure of the historic town.
